  • Send your audio recording or simply upload digital recordings for transcription through GMR secure and easy to use FTP.
  • We accept physical tapes mailed to us, CDs, or other media types. If your original recording is contained on cassette tape or microcassette then we provide you with a CD copy of the audio (in mp3 format) at no extra cost.

What We deem to be Difficult Audio includes :

  • Audios with background noise.
  • Audios with people speaking over one another.
  • Audios with low-speaking voice that cannot be heard.
  • Audio that have been poorly recorded.
  • Audios with require frequent timestamps.
  • Audios with thick accents.
  • Audios with medical or scientific terminology which require research.

Extra Services

  • Verbatim - includes uhs, ums, false start, and stutters
  • Time Codes- you must specify how often
  • Correct Grammar - we provide you with a clean, edited transcript with correct grammar
