In order to become a GMR Transcription user, you must first register on our website. We collect information from you during this signup process. After registration, you may provide additional information to your profile. Providing additional information beyond what is required at registration is entirely optional, but enables you to better understand our interface and make orders easily.
We keep the data that you provide until you delete it from your account. You can request us anytime to close/delete it for you. All supplied sensitive/credit information is also transmitted via SSL technology and then encrypted into our Payment gateway database only to be accessible by those authorized with special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential.
