GMR Transcription Names New President

GMR Transcription has announced the promotion of Beth Worthy to President of GMR Transcription, effective immediately.

Worthy will replace Ajay Prasad, the current President. Prasad will move on to an advisory role as the Founder and majority shareholder of the company.

In her previous role as Director of Operations, Worthy was overseeing client relations and new business development to further expand GMR Transcription’s reach.

Worthy has established and implemented more efficient operations processes, enhanced customer experience, and created a more productive team through advanced leadership.

Within two years of Worthy managing GMR Transcription, the company had doubled its sales and was named one of OC Business Journal’s fastest-growing private companies.

“Beth has been managing the business for several years without much direct supervision. She is instrumental in the company’s growth through recruiting a tight-knit team of associates and transcriptionists, and flawlessly executing GMR Transcription’s promise of providing accurate transcription from US-based transcribers at a reasonable price, while also providing white-glove customer service.” Prasad said. “I realized that the company would grow even faster if I step aside and let her take it to the next level. I am certain that the company will continue to grow under her able leadership.” 

Worthy has been working for GMR Transcription since 2009 and has over 13 years of business development experience.
