A large project (transcription of over ten hours of recording) puts pressure on our system. Here is how you can help:

Size of Work & Turnaround Time

We offer standard turnaround times of 48-hour, 1-week and 2-week for any job. Below is some information that should help both you and us:

• Add one day for every additional hour of recording over four hours for regular turnaround period.
• Help us better by staggering your transcription request, whenever possible. For example, if you are planning to interview several people for your project over the next three weeks, do not wait for all interviews to be completed before you submit your file for transcription. Upload your voice files as soon as one interview is completed and as often as you need until all interviews are uploaded.
