We recognize the contribution of government institutions and non-profit organizations to our society, hence we offer special discount for all transcription and translation work that we receive from these entities. We also contribute a portion of our fee from non-profit back to the organization.
Our transcription service comes with 98% accuracy guarantee. If we do not meet the accuracy level, then we will redo the transcription or refund the fee. Please note that we need to get notified about inaccuracy within 24 hours of the receipt of transcription.
