We are able to transcribe from your video files at a slightly higher rate. Please see the rate chart below for video transcription. Rates are slightly higher using video because typists use a foot pedal to control the audio; however, when provided with video files, they are unable to control the audio from video with a foot pedal. They then have to control the audio from video manually using the forward, stop, pause buttons, etc., so it takes much longer to transcribe from video.

Some video files contain time coding within the video. Should you wish the time codes captured, this falls under difficult audio because it takes extra time. Please see what we deem to be difficult audio beneath the rate chart.
